This product is meant for external use due to it's vast absorbent properties. 

Beauty treatments:

This French Green Clay has enormous absorbent powers due to the constitution of its micro molecules. It literally "drinks" oils, toxic substances, and impurities from your skin. Its toning action stimulates the skin by bringing fresh blood to damaged skin cells, revitalizing the complexion, and tightening pores. The highly micronized, and often fragile molecular state of French Green Clay allows for far greater absorption of impurities, dust, oil, contaminants, and make up than other clays. Use it daily on trouble spots, or weekly as part of a complete facial mask.

It's possible to find bits that are not so fine in some packs. This is a perfectly normal situation due to it's natural processing and refining process, which the producer prefers to keep it to a minimum to ensure the purest properties of the clay - That's also the reason why you don't get any scent or extra coloration, as often green clays are mixed with other minerals and chemicals to enhance it's properties.

First Aid:

As a soothing healing balm for cuts, scrapes, minor wounds, sprains, minor burns, insect bites, and muscle aches, green clay can be made into a poultice and applied directly to the affected area. Clay works for cuts, scratches and wounds by drawing out the infection.It is said to be a soothing remedy for the muscles and joints, especially when combined with essential oils of rosemary or lavender.

Can be used as healing clay in animals, common used in a vet environment in horses with skin issues. 

How to use:

1 - Mix 1 tablespoon of clay with 2 to 3 spoons of water. Mix it well until get a paste

2 - Place the paste with a soft brush across the area you want to treat

3 - Wait until dry and rinse it off with lots of water

4 - Moisturize the area, preferably with a aloe vera cream.

Tips :

Clay must be kept dry. 

It should never be mixed with metal spoons or stored in metal containers; the only materials that should be used in preparation or storage are wooden spoons or glass stirrers, and either glass or ceramic containers.

It is thought that the clay loses its beneficial qualities through contact with metal.
